Terms of Service – Guardy
This Terms of Service (“Terms”) is a binding agreement between you and Guardy governing your use of Guardy’s virtual private network services, tools, and related features (the “Service”). Guardy is intended to strengthen your privacy and anonymity online. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws in your location and in any jurisdiction you connect to via the Service.
1) Acceptance of the Terms
Please review these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, or using any Guardy application, you confirm that you have read, understand, and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service and promptly remove all Guardy software from your devices.

2) Use Restrictions (Prohibited Activities)
You may not use the Service to:
  • Send spam or other unsolicited communications;
  • Perform port scans or search for open proxies/relays;
  • Conduct mass-mailing (including via third-party SMTP servers);
  • Trigger pop-ups or similar intrusive content;
  • Attack networks, systems, or devices.
Any activity that is harmful, abusive, or unlawful—such as hacking, phishing, distributing malware or viruses, engaging in fraud, or sabotaging networks—is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the Service.

3) Availability, Performance & Limitations
Service speed, uptime, server locations, and overall quality may vary and are not guaranteed. Maintenance windows, emergencies, upstream provider outages, or network interference may affect performance.

Guardy is not responsible for lost, delayed, corrupted, or misdirected data, messages, or webpages resulting from interruptions or external network conditions. We may, at our discretion, limit usage, restrict access, or suspend accounts when necessary to protect the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.

4) Fair Use
While Guardy does not impose strict bandwidth caps, a fair use standard applies. Behaviors that create excessive load—such as automated bot traffic, unusually high-volume streaming, or disproportionate bandwidth consumption—may be deemed abusive. Accounts exhibiting unfair usage may be temporarily suspended or terminated, at Guardy’s discretion.

5) Your Responsibilities & SecurityYou are solely responsible for configuring your devices and using the Service securely. Any damage, loss, or harm arising from your misuse—intentional or otherwise—remains your responsibility.

6) No Warranties
Guardy makes no guarantees regarding specific speeds, continuous availability, or the accuracy or timeliness of transmitted data. Actual performance depends on your device configuration, local network conditions, and other external factors outside Guardy’s control.
